Hicks and Smith, PLLC, established in 2007, grew out of the desire of a handful of dedicated attorneys to establish a lawfirm where clients' interests, not the attorneys, would come first. What has transpired is a thriving lawfirm where clients can count on the highest level of professional service, dedication to the client's interest, and above all, integrity and loyalty. We serve the client at all levels and the attorneys and staff put their hearts into their client's interests.

History
DeWitt T. Hicks, Jr. has nearly 50 years experience concentrating on insurance defense, construction litigation, business litigation, corporate work, workers' compensation, real estate, negligence, product liability, municipal and government liability and the general practice of law.
P. Nelson Smith, Jr. has concentrated his practice for the last 19 years on insurance law and defense, construction litigation, general civil litigation, domestic law, negligence, workers' compensation and personal injury.
